Why I started my own business? (August 16, 2011)
The article is about reasons why I’ve decided to start up my own business in Slovakia. The main reason was that I changed my position in June 2010 to one, which I didn’t really want due the fact, that real duties and responsibilities weren’t exactly clear. After few months I found very interesting project, called Virtual helpmate, started in Czech Republic and after several discussions with its official representatives, we set up the cooperation level and make an agreement that we will cooperate under the franchise license. The Virtual helpmate Slovakia has started since 8th of August 2011.

The series of articles about how I started my own business, what kind of problems I had/have to face to. In this article I described what you have to consider of, when you want to startup your own business in Slovakia. There are also few words why I started with Virtual Helpmate Slovakia. My primary business I’d like to focus on process optimization and outsourcing and communication. In the next article I’d like to write about why I select the Limited company, the name 4invention and how the process goes according current legal conditions.

In this article I’m describing what is it CRM and how is it possible to make the sales process and sales reps work more efficient. CRM is described generally, from management and sales reps point of view and finally how and what is the advantage of CRM for me as a customer.
